A known issue. The Garmin Edge 830 touchscreen stops working when it gets wet. Dry the unit and dry your hands, it still won't work. You need to turn it off, and leave it.
How do you save your ride? Press the 'Pause' button, and then go sync it on your PC via USB cable and Garmin Connect.
How to stop it doing it in the first place? If it gets wet, don't tough the screen unless you have to.
