How to make the Plaza Lobby cocktail
1.5 or or 45 ml Woodfrod Reserve double oak
0.5 oz or 15 ml Campari
0.5 oz or 15 ml Punch Abruzzo
3 Dashes Orange bitters
Garnish with a praline pecan*

*Praline pecan recipe
1 cup Pecan
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 table spoon water

First set a parchemin paper in a large cookie pan.
Then, over med-high heat, add both sugar and water in a saucepan.
Melt the sugar until it starts to boil.
Then add nuts to the sugar.
Bring down the heat to med-low and stir constently until the sugar crystalize on the nut.
As soon as the sugar start to crystalyze on the nuts, pour them over the parchemin paper and spread so they don't cluster all together.
It takes a few hours before they get crunchy.
