Ingredients:

Coriander leaves - half bunch or a hand full cleaned
Green chillies to your spice level
Ginger - 2 bigs pcs.
Garlic 8 to 10 no
whole gram masala ; cloves 8pcs, casia or cinnamon -2 small pcs, cardamom - 2nos., 1 pc of Javitri flower/nutmeg flower, bayleaves 2 nos
Onion Sliced - 1 1/2nos. big
Oil or ghee 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curd - 1/4cup
Half lime 1 juice
Green chilli slit 1 or 2 nos
Chicken 500gms
Basmati rice - 2 cups
