This song has a very easy chord progression that is easy to arrange, but the intro is a bit of a challenge, this is why I focused on the intro.

(There are annotations on this video that don't seem to show up on iphone, they make the video much more clear....since they show the notes I'm playing. If you're on iphone, maybe there's a setting to view the annotations.)
