It’s a US upscale clothing and accessories retailer currently owned by The Gap. It was founded in 1978 by Mel and Patricia Ziegler, who originally called the company "Banana Republic Travel & Safari Clothing Company". It’s interesting to note that this particular Spring/ Summer 2024 Collection was inspired by Safari theme. It looks like current fashion artistic director of Banana Republic is remembering their roots.
