Here's everything I ate for breakfast while visiting the Couples Tower Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Eating raw scotch bonnet set my mouth on fire, but the breakfast was solid and comforting.
I had breakfast potatoes with scotch bonnet and salsa, , breadfruit, bacon, sausage, stuffed tomatoes, a boiled egg, coffee and orange juice.
What does breadfruit taste like? Breadfruit tastes very bland and tasteless to me. It resembles bread or a potato in a sense, but there was no flavor. Oh well!
