This game (which never left the beta stage of development) was developed by .theprodukkt, who were well known in the demoscene in the early 2000s. I find this game pretty interesting, seeing as it fits into only a 96 KB executable.
All of what is needed for the game is procedurally generated and then unpacked into system memory as the game runs. In other words, it doesn't load external assets but instead constructs them itself. For example, instead of saving texture files it algorithmically generates them. The models are also just programmatically deformed basic polygons. Even the music and sounds are procedural, being digitally synthesized into MIDI.
