AMAZING Noodles in GRAVY You Have To TRY!! | FITOUS THAI KITCHEN
Hi everyone.
Today we've got one of my favourite noodle dishes, radna which means to pour on top. This is a heart warming, satisfying dish that really goes down well in cold countries, it consists of slightly charred noodles covered in a delicious gravy with veggies and a meat of your choice. Not many Thai restaurants make this, we used to have it on our menu but took it off due to it not performing well against popular dishes like Pad Thai, we still make it on request for those that love it.

These ingredients are enough for a single portion.
Here's the recipe:
100g Dry kuey teow/ ho fun
Quarter tsp Dark soy sauce
Whatever protein you want to use we used seafood
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp light soy sauce (we started off with one but added an extra one after tasting)
300ml water
1 Tbsp sugar
Quarter Tbsp chicken powder
4 Cloves of garlic
what ever veg you want to use
1 Tbsp Tapioca flour mixed with 100ml of water
Toppings:
Black pepper
Dry roasted chilli
Sweet chilli in white vinegar
As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.
