The event was organized by the Institute of Justice (Budapest), the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law (Budapest), Central European Comparative Law Association and the Scientific Circle of Criminal Procedure of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
The Oxford Debate was organized within the framework of the Central European Professors’ Network 2021.
Two teams: Polish and Hungarian took part in the event.
