In this #shorts video, I talk about the Spiritual meaning of a flat tire and what causes a flat tire energetically. Most people have or will experience a flat tire at some point in their lives whether it be a car, bicycle, RV, trailer etc... The physical reason why flat tires occur is usually because the tires have been worn down too much in between getting new tires, or from running over something sharp in the road such as nail. I used to be a person who got many flat tires when I first began to drive. At one point, I had 5 flat tires within a month!! I thought that I was cursed or just plain unlucky when it came to tires on my car. I haven't had many flat tires fortunately since this happened over a decade ago. But I recently had a flat a few months ago, and a friend told me that the spiritual meaning of a flat tire is that you are literally TIRED. This totally resonated as I have been known to continue to push myself even when I'm exhausted and haven't had a break. So, the next you have a flat tire, I invite you to check in with yourself and see if you are tired, whether it be physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually or some combination of those. You deserve to experience self-care and self-love on a regular basis.

You are worthy simply because you exist!!!
