Keto Cabbage Casserole Recipe
1 lb ground beef (or your favorite meat)
1 medium shredded cabbage
1/2 onion sliced or diced (I used red and white onion)
1 med carrot shredded
1/3 cauliflower sliced into pieces
1 TBSP garlic
1 - 2 TBSP butter
Seasonings to your taste
1/3 - 1 cup shredded cheese
Cook veggies in pan with butter until wilted. Remove from pan and add ground beef. Cook beef and then add garlic and seasonings. When meat is cooked, add veggies back to pan to mix thoroughly and then add all mixture to buttered casserole dish. Top with cheese and cook covered 30 min and uncovered 10 - 15 min at 375 degrees.
