A trial is underway against two officers who pepper sprayed and pointed guns at an Army veteran during a traffic stop in Virginia in 2020. Lt. Caron Nazario is suing Windsor Police Officers Joe Gutierrez and Daniel Crocker for a reported $1 million, claiming assault and battery, unlawful imprisonment and illegal search.
