Fleas !

Flea dirt is actually the feces of adult fleas, composed of digested blood. It appears as small, dark specks resembling black pepper grains and is often found on pets' coats, bedding, or in areas where pets frequently spend time. If you suspect flea dirt, you can confirm it by brushing the area onto a wet white cloth or paper - if it turns red when moistened, it's flea dirt.
