On this Episode (12), we are talking about High Cholesterol! If your cholesterol is high, you may feel stuck having to take medications, or get tired of taking them so you take “breaks”. Or you may forget or be frustrated with side effects from some medications.
High cholesterol is when you have too much of a fatty substance called cholesterol in your blood. · It's mainly caused by eating fatty food, not exercising.
What should I do if my cholesterol is high?
A few changes in your diet can reduce cholesterol and improve your heart health:

- Eliminate trans fats.
- Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
-Increase soluble fiber.
- Add whey protein.
We discuss the importance of treating high cholesterol and give practical tips of what else you can do!
