This video is about Day 4 of our South Korea travel series when we visited the most iconic sights of Seoul mainly N seoul Tower and Gyeongbokgung Palace
N Seoul Tower is the Eiffel Tower of South Korea standing like an elegant queen. It is an iconic attraction at the top of Mt. Namsan that gives tourists panoramic views of South Korea. Also known as the Namsan Tower or Seoul Tower, N. Seoul Tower is the second highest point in Seoul at 236 meters. The tower was built in 1971 as South Korea’s first general radio wave tower, providing TV and radio broadcast in the capital. Tower elevation ranges from 236.7 m (777 ft) at the base to 479.7 m (1,574 ft) above sea level.
This is not only a platform that will give you a 360-degree view of Seoul. Dining options, activities, showrooms, and shops await you inside the tower, which has three main sections. The lobby consists of the observatory entrance, an information desk, a museum, a café, a children’s theater, and a nursing room. Tourists can unwind at the N Plaza, which features the Light Garden, Grass Terrace, food court, and a souvenir shop. The second floor features the Analogue Observatory, the Wishing Pond, Sky Restroom, Sky Coffee, and Photo Studio. The third floor is where you can find the Digital Observatory, the Digital High-powered Telescope, and a gift shop. The revolving restaurant at the fourth floor rotates at a rate of one revolution every 48 minutes.
The observation deck is open 10:00-23:00. Last entry is at 22:30.

Gyeongbokgung Palace:
The largest palace of the Five Grand Palaces constructed by the Joseon dynasty, Gyeongbokgung Palace in northern Seoul served as the main residence for the Kings' household. Built in 1395 with over 7700 rooms, this is the most popular tourist attraction in South Korea, and with good reason. It's been around for over 600 years and despite many renovations and changes, it still retains its iconic status as one of Seoul's top places to visit. It is home to several museums (including a traditional Korean art museum) and holds regular concerts featuring traditional Korean music, dance shows from local schools of dance, and other cultural events. Along with the temples and attractions inside the palace, they still run the changing of the guard twice per day (10 am and 2 pm) and it is really worth seeing.

We are Mayur, Gayatri, and Om residing in sunny Singapore. Amongst us we have an Indian who grew up in India, a Singaporean Ceylonese who spent decade of her life in Australia and lastly our son, a true born citizen of the mixes, half Indian, half Ceylonese and very Singaporean.
Our videos mainly consist of mountain climbing trips and some solo journeys but mostly of our family of 3. We thrive with each others company on our road less travelled in our own unique style. We really love off the beaten kind of adventures, eating local food, meeting ethnic tribes, going back in time with some historical sites, and simply getting lost. Being in corporate jobs for daily survival, our dream here is to inspire people to explore this beautiful world and realize that there is more in life than just 9 to 5.
