Cheers to the holiday season! I love making seasonal cocktails that are twists on the classics. This way people can come to my house and experience a slight variation on an old favorite. This Peppermint White Russian contains everything you’d expect from a white Russian with a refreshing peppermint addition. I love the brisk, refreshing minty flavor. It tastes like a candy cane and you can even add a peppermint stick as a stirrer if you want to complete the look.
This cocktail is really the best when it is made individually, because you want the chocolate swirl on the inside of the glass to be fresh. I don’t recommend mixing it into the drink because then it turns out more like a milkshake.
