Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Chicken stock:
12 cups of water, separated
8 ounces chicken bones
6 slices ginger
Ingredients:
5 tomatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 stalks scallions, minced, separate the white and green parts
6 eggs, separate egg whites and yolks into different bowls
1 teaspoon rice vinegar, separated
2 tablespoon extra light olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt (add more or less based on your preferences)
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon white pepper
3 tablespoons cornstarch slurry (3 tablespoons cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water)
Dash of sesame oil
