Day in the life | My morning routine, shooting a campaign & cooking dinner | Sanne Vloet Wellness [ Ссылка ]

Welcome back to a new video! Fridays are always my favorite days because I am uploading a new video and it’s the weekend!!! It’s a long holiday weekend here in the U.S. so I get to spend some quality time. It finally feels like a normal summer and I am here for it! 

I wanted to take you with in a day in my life. Lately I have been filming tons of workouts at home and doing a lot of work behind my computer but I am also still creating content. There are a couple things in my routine that help me navigate and go easily through my day. One of them is mediation and using my Sensate device! I will explain in my video a little more about this but it has been such a game changer to cope with my anxiety and stress during a busy work week! Only a 10 - 30 minute session and I feel like a new person. I will link it down below with the discount code. 

Elin and I went on a little trip to downtown to shoot a campaign. But let me introduce Elin first because you will probably see here more and more popping up in my videos! Dinner Recipe:

- 1 small cauliflower head seasoned with olive oil, slat, pepper & garlic powder
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garlic powder , 1 tsp salt & pepper ( optional add a chili if you like it spicy. )
- 1 can coconut milk
- Bunch of spinach
- Rie

1. Roast the cauliflower in air fryer for 12 minutes or in oven for 35
2. In a skillet heat up olive oil and sautéed onions and garlic ( optional fresh grated ginger)
3. Add spices and stir for 1 minute. After add the chickpeas, coconut milk and stir.
4. Add spinach and cook until soft about 2 minutes.
5. Serve over rice!
