Aioli (Allioli) Potatoes: Easy Tapas Recipe. Delicious and Budget-Friendly
Ingredients:
8 small potatoes
For Aioli sauce:
1 egg
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100 ml olive oil
Salt and parsley to taste

Instructions:
Wash the potatoes.
Place them in a pot with salted water, without peeling. Boil for 20-25 minutes.
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a plate and let them cool slightly.
Peel the potatoes while they are still hot.
Allow the potatoes to cool completely, then cut them into large pieces.
While the potatoes are cooling, prepare the Aioli sauce.
Using an immersion blender, mince the peeled garlic clove.
Add one egg to the minced garlic and beat until frothy.
Gradually add the olive oil to the egg mixture while beating until thickened.
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and continue beating.
Place the potatoes in a deep bowl. Pour in the Aioli sauce and gently stir. Add chopped parsley and stir again.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
