250g Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
1 cup Bell peppers (capsicum), sliced
2 Onions cut in cubical shape
2 Onions, finely chopped for paste
3 Tomatoes, pureed
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1-inch Ginger piece,
3 Green chilies, slit
1 tbsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 + 2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
