Nastasia Alexandru și-a început călătoria în domeniul educației ca învățătoare în Săcele, prin programul Teach for Romania. Inspirată de elevii săi și cu o experiență anterioară în sociologie și domeniul non-profit, Nastasia se dedică acum formării cadrelor didactice, punând accentul pe dezvoltarea abilităților socio-emoționale în rândul copiilor. Ea este un promotor al mentoratului și al construirii de relații autentice în educație, văzând aceasta ca o cale esențială pentru evoluția atât a elevilor, cât și a profesorilor.
Nastasia Alexandru began her journey in education as a teacher in Săcele through the Teach for Romania program. Inspired by her students and with a background in sociology and the non-profit sector, Nastasia now dedicates herself to training teachers, focusing on the development of socio-emotional skills in children. She advocates for mentorship and the building of authentic relationships in education, viewing it as an essential path for the development of both students and teachers.
