Alaska Railroad EMD GP49 switching a railroad yard near Batavia, Ohio. Cincinnati East Terminal Railway leases this branch line from Norfolk Southern Railroad. CCET bought 3 of these older locomotives from Alaska Railroad . One is only used for parts for this new startup railroad on the Cincinnati District Peavine Line. Filmed 5-21-15 at Afton Yard. After setting off 17 tank cars for storage, Engine 2807 ran around their buffer car, couple on and returned to Ancor at Broadwell Rd to get another cut of cars. Thanks for watching!
