Dr. Linda Hill is a renowned author, speaker, consultant, thought leader, ethnographer, professor, and the first Black woman to earn tenure at Harvard Business School. Today, Dr. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at the school as well as the faculty chair of its Leadership Initiative.

An expert on leadership and innovation, Dr. Hill has written award-winning books on what makes effective managers and business leaders. She is the co-author of Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation, and Being the Boss: The 3 Imperatives of Becoming a Great Leader. She argues that leadership and innovation require a shift from having faith in a top down-visionary leader to believing in one who can unlock the diverse, collective potential of their organization.

Bonita Stewart is the vice president of global partnerships at Google and the first Black woman to become a VP at the company. She is also the co-author of the recent book A Blessing: Women of Color Teaming Up to Lead, Empower, and Thrive.

Stewart joined Google in 2006 and her career spans three decades leading multi-billion dollar operations, accelerating digital technology adoption, and driving business transformation for major corporations in the IT, automotive, and technology fields. In her current role, she oversees the largest U.S. publishers across media and entertainment, news and publishing, mobile apps, and search and commerce.
