I know, I know, there are a lot of people out there who can lift a hell of a lot more than this but this is my new Personal Best so I'm happy. Working on getting more. Anyone got a constructive critique of my form?
This was a 5 sets of 5 reps workout. I got all 3 of 5. 1 of 3. And 1 of 2. Same weight next time till I get all 5 sets.
