CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- One of the biggest charity runs and walks of the year took place early Sunday morning.
The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure began early Sunday morning at Coney Island.
The event raised money for research, education and treatment for breast cancer.
Close to 75 percent of the funds raised by Sundays event will be used locally.
There was also fun to be had after the race at Coney Island, as rides were open until 1 p.m.
