🥘 Natto recipe:
• Scramble eggs in a bowl, add milk & olive oil, scramble again (makes eggs fluffier)
• Cook veggie(s) of choice: spinach, mushroom, zucchini, tomato, etc
• Pour in egg, cook over medium heat
• While the egg is cooking, cut avo (optional)
• Mix natto with the packets it comes with (soy sauce + hot mustard)
• Transfer omelet onto a plate, top with avo & natto 😋
