🔴 Title: AGE OF THE LIVING DEAD - Season 2
🔴 Synopsis: Ten years in the future, the now former United States of America has been abandoned, cut off and completely isolated by the rest of the world. Formerly the world’s most dominant economic and military power, it is now plagued by Vampires, spreading across each State.
Surviving humans and elder Vampires realize they must agree to a symbiotic relationship, in order to survive. If humans ceased to exist, Vampires would not be able to sustain themselves. Groups of humans agree to weekly blood donations, remaining on the sun soaked west coast; whereas Vampires are mostly on the east coast, with a no-man’s land barrier between them.
The rest of the world has allied against the former USA which means they have quarantined the entire country: nothing in and nothing out. Ever. What was left of the U.S. government and armed forces has plotted to defeat the Vampires, developing new weapons and a strategy to obliterate them. The Vampire elders work on a blood synthesis to remove the need for human blood and wage all out war. The human resistance outpost in no-man’s land acts as a first line defense, for anything coming from the east coast. Until, someone dares to wander over, the likes of which they have never seen: a female Vampire who can walk in the sun. Have the Vampires started to evolve, so that even the sun doesn’t represent a threat anymore? Or is this female Vampire something more?
