Hello viewers, today I’m going to show you baked salmon with vegetables as we have a request from one of our viewers. Salmon is very good for our health as it has got omega-3 fatty acids which our body cannot produce on its own. It has got lots of vitamins and minerals. It has anti inflammatory properties as well. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
For marination:
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs oil
1 tsp yogurt
Mix all the ingredients well and spread it over the fillets
1 big potato1 carrot
Handful of cherry tomatoes
5 white button mushrooms(1 tsp salt, chili powder, cumin powder and Italian dried herbs and black pepper each)
Sprinkle over the vegetables mix it nicely add some oil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
Bake it for 10 mins and serve it with some salad and enjoy it with your family
