Ingredients :-

Paneer- 300 gm
Ginger /Green chili paste- 1 tsp
Bay leaf- 1
Green chilies - 1-2 pieces
Whole black pepper - 3-4 pieces
Cinnamon stick - 1 piece
Green cardamom - 2 pieces
Cashewnut paste/watermelon seeds paste (charmogaj) - 3 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
White oil - 1 tbsp
Salt and sugar to taste

Recipe :-

Heat oil, put cumin, bay leaf, and Cinnamon stick , Green cardamom. Then add ginger paste, chili paste , salt and sugar Cashewnut paste/watermelon seeds paste (charmogaj) Cumin powder Coriander powder Cook for 2 mins Add milk and Add paneer and cook for a min. and allow it to boil. Now serve
