🧋🧋Dry fruit milk has the goodness of nuts and has a mild aromatic flavor.🚺 It helps weight gaining in toddlers & kids.👦👧🏻It can be given to babies(8+months), toddlers and children of all ages and even adults too.

👉 It is one of the best ways to make your baby drink milk if they hate plain milk.It is one of the quite essential healthy, immunity building foods for babies👶

Ingredients 🍱

🌰Dry fruits - 2 tsp ( For babies above 8 month)
🥛Milk - 1 glass ( For babies above 1 year)
🍯Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup ( For babies above 1 year)
🔸Cardamom powder - A pinch
🌰Dates - 2

PROCEDURE 👩‍🍳

🌰Take dry fruits like almond, cashew, pistachio,walnut,cardamom and grind them to a fine powder.

🥣Now take a cup of milk in a saucepan,add 2 tsp the dry fruits powder and dates to it. Mix well so that no lumps are formed.

🥛Then boil the milk until its frothy.

🍯Add some jaggery powder before drinking or while the milk is lukewarm to sweeten it.

🧋Dry fruit milk is ready to be served.
