All creatives deal with overwhelm from time to time - and especially in the beginning of a new year. We have just set yearly goals and we’re thinking about how we want to move forward in our creative work. And along comes overwhelm.

The same thing can happen in the beginning of a creative project. It doesn’t matter if you’re a writer, artist, photographer, blogger, youtuber, designer or something else - creative work can be overwhelming.

In this video I show you how to deal with overwhelm, both short term and long term. Because you can do it - you can move forward in your creative projects one step at a time, even it feels daunting right now.
