Summer at the 2 Cooks' house is all about using the stuff we grow in the garden. There comes a time when the cherry tomatoes are coming out our ears. Here's an idea for using a few of them.
INGREDIENTS
500 grams cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup onion
2 tbls oil
1 tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
A little hot chile to taste
