🤯WHAAAAT.. How come Sichuan people eat moldy food? This kind of moldy "hairy" tofu is a special local food in Sichuan's streets. First it is cut into small pieces, and put on shelf for nearly two weeks, then the tofu grows "hair" and is sprinkled with Chinese baijiu, salt and most importantly, the chili powder! Winter is coming, the mutton hotpot will go well with it when made into a dipping sauce!
