Pears from Hollabaugh Fruit Farm + pear juice from Kime's Cider Mill = Mason Dixon's second batch ever of pear brandy.
The bottles were hung in the spring of 2018. The pears, both in the bottles and on the trees were harvested in late summer of 2018 and the brandy was made in the fall of 2018, all leading up to a December 2018 release.
This product is literally Adams County, PA in a bottle.
