Join us on Part 2 of a journey to the Tomb of Adam and Chavah aka Eve, the Cave of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs in Hebron, Israel, and learn about the rich history and heritage of the Jewish and Arab people.
The Machpelah Tomb, or the Cave of Machpelah, site of the Cave of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs, also known to Muslims as the Ibrahimi Mosque, is located in Hebron Israel known to Muslims as Khalil Al Sham, at this site, and the second holiest site of religious and historical significance in Judaism to Jews, and the fourth most holy to Muslims.
Here lies buried four pairs, Adam and Chavah aka Eve, Avraham aka Abraham, and Sarah, Yitzchak aka Issac, and Rachel, and Yaakov aka Jacob aka Yisrael aka Israel, and Leah. Also here lies the head of Esav aka Esau.
