I hold my body & sing through the Medicine with this piece particularly powerfully. The body is our temple & our doorway. I saw this song landing in people's body where they need it most & connecting the Collective Heart. I got a clear message when creating it that it would help hold & heal hurt souls & assist people to cry when they need to. Over our lives we can build up walls around the heart to protect ourselves. When we are able to be by our own side through anything that arises,
