An issue which is far too common for the tradesman is, I have a pickup truck with a camper shell but I need to haul tools and I need the functional space of a truck bed. In the past few years the market has been flooded with manufacturers who propose the latest and greatest fix for this issue. You know, the pull out drawer things. And yes, for certain folk these may work and may even be the solution. However, in most if not all cases, the truck owner looses a huged chunk of his space height wise. So what is the answer? @sawdust and sweat we considered either buying or building a drawer unit. However, so much cargo space was going to be lost this option was just not an option. After a bit of thought and some input and opinions of friends, this video is about what we have come to know as the solution to this dilema, at least for me.
