Today we have a facial massage and facial exercises for 40-49 years old.
Let's get started.
We recommend that you wash your hands first.
Apply the skin care cream you have.
Step 1 - Forehead
(forehead lift, eyebrow lift, wrinkle reduction)
Use your fingertips to massage your hair line in a circular motion to loosen your muscles.

Put your palms on your temples. Massage in a circular motion with push ups for 10 rounds.
Step 2 - Eyes
(reduce sagging eyelids and get rid of bags under the eyes)
Use your fingertips to push your eyebrows up. Eyes look down and blink for 30 seconds.
Help strengthen the upper eyelids.
Place your fingertips under your eyes. Look up and blink for 30 seconds.
Reduce the bags under the eyes, sagging or puffy bags under the eyes.
Step 3 - Cheekbones and Cheeks
(Cheek Firming, Cheekbone Lifting, Cheek Wrinkle Reduction)
Place the plam on the temples, push upwards, make the O mouth 10 times.
To reduce the nasolabial fold and cheek lines.
Massage around the cheekbones in 3 positions, do 2 rounds for flexibility to the cheekbones.

Help lift the chin and lift the corner of the mouth.
Use your fingertips to drag from your chin up to the corner of your mouth.
Along with opening the mouth to do 10 times.
Help reduce wrinkles around the corners of the mouth.
Place your thumb under your chin, forefinger above and drag it to your ear 10 times.
Making your face clearer and slimmer.
Step 6 - Neck
(Strengthening Neck, Reducing Double Chin)
Place your hands on your collarbone, turn your head up, and bring your lower lip up. Do 10 times.
Help strengthen your muscles, reduce double chin and sagging neck.
Place your hand on the right collarbone. Tilt your neck to the left 10 times.
Place your hand on your left collarbone. Tilt your neck to the right 10 times.
Finished.
Make sure to do it regularly for 1 set per day.
After 2 weeks, you can do it 3 times a week.
