Developed by legendary metalshaper Ron Covell, Covell Rounding-Over Dies are great for turning a radiused edge on sheet metal panels. The integrated back-stop on the lower roll makes it easy to accomplish a smooth, consistent profile perfect for tanks, fenders or simply finishing a panel edge.
Precision Machined from heat treated steel, these dies can handle up to 16 gauge mild steel. Designed for Mittler Bros. style bead rollers with a 3/4 inch shaft, they work on many other machines based on that design like Baileigh Industrial.
