INVOICE MATCHING TO EXTERNAL POs
Rillion’s invoice matching engine can match invoices against purchase orders / POs from your ERP or your purchasing system. You can also create requisitions and purchase orders within Rillion’s AP platform, which is particularly useful for indirect purchases.

ZERO TOUCH INVOICES
Rillion’s PO software does not only automate PO matching, the platform can also match vendor invoices against contracts. Invoices that are matched by the system inherit account posting from the PO and can be sent to your ERP for final booking and payment – without any manual touch. This is what we call zero touch invoices.

AUTOMATION OF COST INVOICES
Invoices that don’t have an underlying PO or contract, also called cost invoices, can be handled in Rillion using predefined rules, reference matching or AI. It means that the system will make a suggestion of account posting and approval workflow, that you can confirm or adjust. Approvers can easily approve online – on their computer or mobile phone.

PO invoices that have gone through Rillion’s PO matching engine with success, don’t have to be reviewed by an approver.
