The model was designed to utilize small pieces of 1.75 mm PLA filament for the shafts. That worked OK but I ended up boring out some of the holes to 2 mm and using steel shafts instead. Doing so and after applying powdered graphite dry lubricant, I was able to get the runtime up to 2 minutes.

3d printed on an Ender 3 v2 with Overture blue and red PLA. 100% infill. The only hardware used were small pieces of 2mm stainless steel shafts, which I eyeballed for cutting length. Also, the hair spring base tab had to be glued to the place on the frame it is supposed to snap into.
