Cheat Puff Pastry ingredients:
250 g all-purpose flour
5 g fine salt
225 g butter
150 ml ice cold water
15 ml lemon juice


optional! Outer Crust ingredients:
155 g flour
100 ml water
pinch salt
extra flour for dusting
1 egg for eggwash
