Tuna Sisig is a Filipino dish whereas it is the fish version of sisig served on a sizzling hot plate. It is made from fresh canned tuna, garlic, onion, chili, pepper soy sauce, and mayonnaise topped with sunny side egg. Yummy!

2 pieces of canned tuna (Flakes in Vegetable Oil)
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 thumb size ginger, minced
2 pieces of red chili
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 egg (optional)
Cooking Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
