Our national parks and public lands are pretty incredible, aren't they? About a century ago we put the Department of Interior in charge of protecting these amazing places for all of us. But climate change now threatens all of that, and we're already seeing the impacts. What's worse, the agency responsible for protecting these places is also directly contributing to climate change by leasing our public lands to coal companies. But these are our lands, and we have a say. Tell Secretary Sally Jewell, the head of the Department of Interior, that you want her to protect public lands, not give them away to coal companies.
