Composition in advanced Renaissance style with 34-tone equal tempered scale, mimicking Arnault Zwolle temperament tuned for C= 256 Hz.
A cappella four voices sacred composition in the style of XVI century parody mass. A distinctive feature of this piece is that being a Glory (Gloria) that is a part of the Ordinary of the Mass (Ordo Missae), ─the fixed prayers that are repeated throughout the liturgical year as a doxological chant alternating the chorus and the congregation─ it also includes an unusual, explicit and jubilant paean to the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is part of the Proper liturgy (Propium). This is because the composition has been created as a Glory for the Easter Resurrection mass, a relevant liturgical celebration in the Catholic churches.
The voice ranges used are: Cantus (Soprano), from C4 to A5; Altus (Alto), from G3 to D5; Tenor from C3 to A4; and Bassus (Bass), from F2 to D4 (Sample).
Created as a sample, not all the Gloria prayer is included
