I N G R E D I E N T S for Honey White Loaf Bread Recipe:
4 1/3 cups/ 552g all-purpose flour, more for kneading
0.6 oz./17g fresh yeast=7g active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup/ 118ml warm water, 110F
3/4 cup/177ml warm milk, 110F
4 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup/84g honey
1 egg
*BAKE at 375F/190C for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown
*will need nonstick standard Bread Loaf Pan 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.75
