Vegan Lentil Meatballs:
1. Boil half bag of 16 oz. lentil until soft
2. Dice 2 Onions
3. Peel 3-4 carrots
4. Grate Carrots
5. Sauté Onions & Carrots in a pan with Olive Oil (Add seasonings to your liking)
6. After lentil is soft and cooked, Add the sauté vegetables
7. Blend Oatmeal, Then add to the pot of lentil and vegetables
8. Add blended oatmeal until firm
9. When cool roll into a ball
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
Spaghetti Cream Sauce:
1. Boil spaghetti to your preferred texture
2. Boil Cashews for 30 mins
3. Things to add to Blender: One squeezed lemon, Milk, Hand full of Basil and Mint, & the boiled (1 1/2 cup) of cashews
4. Add Nutritional yeast
5. (You can also add seasoning to the blender (Salt, Pepper))
6. Blend It All Up!
Brussel Sprouts:
1. Cut Brussel Sprouts in half
2. Add olive oil to pan
3. After adding the Brussel Sprouts to the pan
4. Now add seasonings: Italian seasoning, Sea Salt, Spoked paprika. (Add additional seasoning to your liking.)
