Grand Teton National Park is tucked away in Wyoming's northwest corner, just 10 miles south of Yellowstone National Park. With diverse landscapes and ecosystems, there is much more to this park than just the magnificent Teton mountain range. In this video, I will share six of my favorite hikes, stops, and destinations in this US National Park to help you plan your next visit!

Destination #1 is the Visitor Center. I always recommend stopping by a visitor center in any national park so you are aware of any road closures, new dangers, or opportunities that you otherwise wouldn't know about! The Colter Bay visitor center has rangers to help you plan your visit, a gift shop, and a deck with an amazing view of Colter Bay.
Destination #2 is Amphitheater Lake and Surprise Lake. These two alpine lakes are extremely cold thanks to the glacial melt that feeds them. The hike is strenuous and long but extremely rewarding. The trail starts in the valley and splits many times, with several other destinations accessible.
Destination #3 is Scenic Drive. If the strenuous hikes aren't for you, enjoy the scenic drive through the middle of the park. With countless bike trails, horse trails, and pull-offs, this is a great way to see the park without changing elevation too much. Be sure to stop by mormon row to see the iconic barns
Destination #4 is Jenny Lake loop with the option to hop on the boat on your way back
Destination #5 brings you just outside the park to Jackson Hole. This small town has camping gear, coffee, groceries, and some cool little shops. Be warned that this is a bit of a tourist trap town.
Destination #6 is a casual hike to Heron Pond and Swan Lake
