The Light Dragon is Tears of the Kingdom’s newest flying Noodle who’s required for several armor upgrades, and her materials also has one of the most fun fuse abilities - restoring health on hit, which also works on trees and rocks for some reason - not to mention she carries a certain something special on her the first time you land on her.

However, unlike the other dragons, she never goes underground and actually flies much farther and often higher than the other dragons, making finding and landing on her a much more difficult venture. The good news though, is that she flies past quite a few skyview towers, and should be reachable from each one, so you can hop between each to find her or you could set up camp and wait it out. The bad news? Her flight path takes a little under TWO HOURS to complete, so camping is possible but might be ill advised.

She passes by these listed towers in order, so when going to each one, you should eventually be able to spot her!
