I wanted this video to be something different, more personal, from the heart of Greg Plitt, rather than another typical motivational video with a voice over and a workout montage. He really gave it his all when he spoke to the camera, you can see it from his expressions.

One of the greatest fitness and inspirational icons, Greg Plitt. He inspired millions of people around the world to change their life, not only physically but even more so mentally, myself included. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for him & I know I'm not the only one.

RIP Greg, thanks for everything you've done.
